Impellor material options are aluminium, polypropylene, mild steel and stainless steel.
Casings are made from mild steel and the finish can be wet paint, powder coating or galvanising. Stainless steel casing can be supplied if required in which case the finish would be glass bead blasting.
All Axial fans are manufactured using the latest CNC machine technology.
All steel components are profiled using a laser cutting machine, which gives
an accuarcy of 0.1mm on finished parts. The casings are rolled on a 4 roll CNC plate rolling machine.
The casings are flanged usisng a special purpose CNC flanging machine. This process
of flanging produces casings that are far superior in terms of circularity and finish to casings with welded on flanges.
