With over 500 impellor designs to choose from, maximum operating efficiency can generally be achieved to meet specific duty requirements. Sizes from 250mm to 2400mm Diameter
Fans can be supplied in a variety of materials, eg mild steel, high tensile steel, stainless steel ,hastelloy and wear resistant steels.
The impellor types include the following
- Backward Blade
- Backward Aerofoil Blade
- Forward Curved Multiblade
- Radial Blade
- Paddle Blade
- Log spiral Blade
Naturally these impellor designs come in a variety of widths to cover the full specific speed spectrum, thereby offering high volume / low pressure through to low volume / high pressure fans.
All these impellor types have a variety of drive options which include:-
- Belt driven bareshaft
- Belt driven monoblock
- Belt driven channel base
- Direct driven (Impellor directly coupled to motor shaft)
- Direct driven (shaft drive)
- Plug fans
Lagged fans are now quite a frequent request. These may be lagged for one of two reasons , either for noise reduction or to reduce external temperature of fan casing.
All our fans are now available with a lagged casing. Even large fans which have a horizontal split casing are available as lagged fan. On these large split case lagged fans, all the split flanges are enclosed behind bolt on panel plates.
